Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a refund, you must send an e-mail to so.freya@outlook.com within 14 days with full details of the return and receipt or proof of purchase. If the e-mail is received more than 14 days after delivery, the product(s) will not be eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The product(s) must also be in the original packaging.
Once you have notified of your intent to return a product(s), we will respond to your e-mail with delivery instructions.To return your product(s), you should mail your product(s) via a trackable recorded delivery service or a courier service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning items over £75, we would advise purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Shipping costs incurred to deliver your order are non-refundable if the order has already been dispatched.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of the refund being accepted, please contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
