Refund policy

Returns 

Our return policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a refund, you must send an e-mail to so.freya@outlook.com within 14 days with full details of the return and receipt or proof of purchase. Any e-mail that is recieved more than 14 days after delivery cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging. 

We will respond to your e-mail with delivery instructions for your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of the refund being accepted, please contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping 

Once you have notified of your intent to return a product, we will respond to your e-mail with delivery instructions. To return your product, you should mail your product via recorded delivery or a trackable shipping service. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If you are returning items over £75, we would advise purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
